The experience takes place in the Torre Canne and Ostuni coastal area, at the edge of the Parco Naturale delle Dune Costiere, where sea and countryside meet within a few kilometers. Along the way, the route moves from the coastal ridge into the inland dune landscape, crossing open farmland, olive groves and quiet rural spaces shaped by wind and time. The route follows secondary roads and light gravel tracks in a loop, always at an easy and steady pace. E-bikes make the ride accessible to everyone, allowing riders to focus on scenery rather than effort. Then the path intersects a stretch of the Via Francigena, an ancient Roman-origin route used for centuries by pilgrims and travelers. A short stop near a prehistoric dolmen hidden among olive trees adds historical depth to the ride.
