This experience takes place in the countryside of Gioia del Colle, in the heart of central Puglia. Here the landscape is open, rural and deeply connected to dairy farming. You ride through agricultural land shaped by historic masserie, grazing fields and olive groves. Along the route, these masserie raise dairy cows used for local milk production, creating a direct link between the landscape and mozzarella making. When availability allows, the ride includes a short stop at one of these farms to visit the cowshed and observe daily farming activities.
